    Laying Laminate Flooring
My husband and I just put down laminate flooring. What I need to know is what could cause it to have deep dips in it. It seems as if there are holes under parts of it. I know it is a floating floor and it appropriately gives in all places but these.. Thank you

It Is A Floating Floor , But It Will Mimic The Floor It Is Laid On, If You Had Carpet Before The Padding Will Help Smooth Out Some Of The Dips

Other Than This Did You Put Down The Vapor Barrier/ Padding?
If So Did You Over Lap The Padding, If So That Is A Problem There.
If Not There Could Be Some Trash Under The Floor, Maybe Some Cut Off Pieces From The Padding.
Just About Anything Under The Floating Floor Will Show Up, Especially If It Is Some Of The Thin Stuff.

Now Another Thing Is If You Cut The Floor To Tight To The Walls That Will Cause Floor To Raise Up In Places, Can You Step On The Floor And Push It Down And Then Does It Come Back Up?

If You Can Describe The Dips A little More In Detail And Maybe I Can Give You A Better Idea. Include What Surface You Laided This Floor On To. And Then Tell Me Step By Step How You Installed It, Thanks
