Hi I have a easy set up pool with the inflatable top ring its 18ft round and 4ft deep and my water got really cloudy I brought a sample to the pool place he gave me some chemicals so I did what he said and it still was cloudy.I have all non chlorine chemicals in my pool.when I use a test strip in the pool it comes out as everything is were it is suppost to be... so I searched online and someone said a clarifia so I bought one put it in like the directions say and vaccumed it but it is still cloudy does anyone know how to get it uncloudy? Please help

Don't know if this will help.. it helped us... if you have very soft water, you may need a hardener... it worked, along with a flocculant... do the hardener according to the amt of water in the pool...

I have a similar pool. Did yours come with a filter?

Yes it did come with a filter.. I just bought a new filter that you don't throw away you just clean it so I'm waiting for that to come in so hopefully that will keep it cleaner...
