    Expired inpection
A recent trip took me from home in New York to Philadelphia for about 2 weeks. While in Philly, my New York State Inspection expired and I received a ticket for it. Is this a legit and legal summons or is it a stretch for Pennsylvania to attempt to penalize / enforce a traffic rule of another state (NY)? Thanks.
