    IS there a law that will cover Fleas in a apartment?

    All you can really do is have management request an exterminator to come and bomb your apartment. Bugs can be taken care of fairly easily so you can't really sue or anything for that :)

    However, this is being a very bad year for fleas in soe parts of the country. So it may take more effort than normal to get rid of them.
