    Do I have rights
I got my ex wife pregnant back in February the only problem is that she is married now. My concern is do I have any rights to the child since she is still married to her new husband? The child that she is carrying is 100% mine, her husband was out of state for 3 months. She wants to divorce her new husband and get back together again. We already have 2 children together age 7 and 4. we still love each other very much but don't know how to put the pieces back together again. We are afraid if her husband finds out that he will want parenting rights. Someone please help me and my ex!!

As soon as the baby is born have dna testing done. If it is shown that you are the paternal father then the new ex hubby won't have any rights to the baby. Tell the ex new wife to leave the birth certificate blank until the dna testing has been done.
