I am thinking of setting up a medical supplies business
And my main proplem for now is where to stock up
These products how to get buyers I mean the hospitals
And the clinics and most importantly how to get licenced
With madicare/medicaid.

You may want to get a job with a similar business for a year or two to get an education. This is a field that takes large amounts of $$ to run, as it may take 3 to 6 months to get paid from insurance and the government. They also will tell you how much they are going to pay. I would earn while you learn. Once you have worked for someone for a year or two you will know exactly what is needed to open your own business.
