    Possibly Pregnant? Anxiety issues.
I am possibly 5 weeks pregnant according to dates. But I also have anxiety problems since the birth of my last baby 17 months ago. I was wondering if I could be stopping my period by being anxious about being pregnant?
I've been super tired and had a few crampy feelings but not like my normal period cramp feelings. With my last two pregnancies I had my head down the loo by now, I also had a hcg blood test last week and the doc said it was normal, they tested my thyriod and iron levels as well to find out why I'm sooooo tired.
Has anyone else had completely different feelings third time around??

Each pregnancy could be completely different. You already had a blood test that showed that you are not, so it is possibly that anxiety and stress could be delaying your period. Have you seen your ob yet? Maybe it is time for a complete just to make sure. Also have you had any results back from the thyroid and iron levels. These levels after a pregnancy can effect the way you feel.

I got my test results back and the doctor said everything was in the normal range, so no answers with the blood tests. He also said the hcg test was done a bit early and may give a false negative result. The annoying thing is I'm not stressed about anything and the only thing I'm worried about is being pregnant again... not sure my body could handle it. I've been getting the heart fluttering like I did when last pregnant, so hard to judge... am I, am I not? I suppose I'll just have to wait and find out, shall buy a hpt later today, last time I did that I got my period that afternoon!! :)

Be sure to take it first thing in the morning as your urine tends to have a higher concentration of hCG first thing in the morning. Otherwise you run the risk of false negatives.
