    What can I do about a lawyer that we are very unhappy with?

    You owe the Padre an apology. From the limited information you provided, his answer was perfect. Now, had you said that you can't get a hold of him, I'm sure the advice would have been different. But you left it for us to guess. Well, we're not good guessers.

    I'm going to advise you to write him a letter. I suppose that you'll tell me that you don't know his address and give me a red mark too. Have you been to his office?? Can you go there and wait to see him?

    I'm sorry. If you find that you can't call or write or figure out any way to get hold of an attorney you hired and paid money to, then you're in big trouble and this website isn't going to help.
