    I created a Microsoft word document. I want to insert into an excel file. Also the mouse pointer should come above the inserted document. I want to edit the document

    Why don't you edit it before you insert it into excel?

    Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish here? Word and Excel are very different programs. Why do you want the Word doc in Excel? Why does it need to be editable?
