    Lumpy teats after being spayed
    Hi,
I took my 7 month old kitten to be spayed last Friday, all was well, until I came home from work on Monday evening and she managed to have pulled her stitches out. I contacted the vets and they asked me to take her in for them to have a look. They then stapled the wound and gave her a larger collar to stop her reaching back to the wound. Now I've discovered lumps on her belly, sort of where her teats are. Any ideas?

    Thanks

She still has to have teats. They are never gone even as young as she is and spayed.

Perhaps you misunderstood... I know she still has to have teats, the thing is, they/or whatever has enlarged since she has been spayed. Just thinking perhaps it is because of the collar she is wearing (muscle strain) or maybe a hormone problem?
