    Hello
    I Would like to know how couldI bring my boy friend to united states of america? He Is from ARABIA ,fes morocco.
    What steps do I have to make and what's the results

    Unfortunately he can only come in as a visitor (6 months maximum). If you could show you have been living together overseas they may consider this a common law relationship but my guess is that is not the case.

    You would have to be married for him to come over and obtain permanent residence.

    Can I know the steps that I have to do or he has to do to come for these 6 months? And also if we can get married in thoses 6 monthns in here will it be legal. Even if the 6months are expired? Thanks for all helps that you are giving us. Answer as soon posible

    Well the best thing for him to do is go to the closest US consulate and apply for a visitors visa, it would be best for you to send him a letter. The letter should be addressed to the consulate and state that your going to pay all his living expenses during his stay in the US, this is generally a good idea for long stay visitors as the consulate and US immigration will want to see that he will have his expenses covered and won't be working illegally.

    Getting the visa should be quite easy if he has not tried to enter illegally in the past.
