    No Hot Water in shower/tub
Hi. The townhome unit we purchased is 6 years old; it has two full bathrooms. We just moved in yesterday. We have an electrical water heater to heat the water for the kitchen and the two full baths.

The problem is in one of the bathrooms: we are able to get hot water from the sink faucet, but no hot water at all in the tub/shower. The tub/shower has a Delta single-handled faucet to adjust the temperature of the water. When I turn the handle all the way to the Hot setting, the amount of water (still cold) reduces to a trickle.

I hope you can help me. I don't know what to do. I'm so bummed because this didn't turn up in the house inspection (isn't that always the case?) Thank you in advance.

If you wish to do the repair yourself I'll need the model number of your Delta faucet so I can download a drawing and technical information. Regards, Tom
