Is all the paperwork finalized? How long has it been since the adoption. Honestly, I've seen it happen before :) It just depends on how long the babies have been with their new family because they will look at what's in the best interest of the children.

Generally the answer is no. What were the circumstances leading up to the baby's adoption? What was going with you and the birth father? Did you voluntary relinquish your parental rights or did the state step in and take custody and then the Judge terminate your rights? What has changed for your life since the adoption? What problems were identified in your life that made the decision to place the children into adoption? What have you done to address those problems?

You would have to go back to court and sue for your children to be returned to you. The Judge/the court does not always favor the birth parents. The decision will be made for the best interest of the children. If the adoptive family is providing a safe and loving home, that is in their favor.
