    Tightening tummy
    Hi -

I'm thirteen years old, and over the past year or so, I've lost about 27 pounds.

Yeah, it's amazing, and I'm glad, but sometimes I look in the mirror and don't see myself the way I wish I did. Especially my stomach - I wish I could get it flat.

So I was just wondering - is there away you can flatten your abs (under your belly) without really losing weight? I really just want to be even more toned - does anyone have any advice?

Girl, you should be appreciating your body as it is! I used to always wish I looked better than I did, and now at 21, I've had a baby, and I'd give anything to have my old body back! At 13, I bet you look fabulous! And if you do find the way to flatten your tummy, you'll just find something else wrong with yourself! Enjoy your body now!!

OK I'm 16 and a male but my sister is having the same problem and I tell her to go out and run. It has worked for her and she also hits the gym with me and that has helped her out to.

I have a wooden door for the downstairs bathroom and it is scraping the tile floor.
