    Does my 1993 honda civic have a access panel for the fuel pump?

    Yes, but fuel pumps rarely go bad on Hondas. Read sections A and B below, before trying to replace the fuel pump:

    I drive a 1999 Honda Accord and sometimes it won't start! Everything else does but not the car! What's wrong with it?
