How I can get back my house
    OK My story is :
I married a Chinese lady in Shanghai in 2000 . We decided to buy a house in Shanghai. Because I am not Chinese citizen so I could not loan money from the local bank but the loan taken under my wife's name and house registered under her name .
However all the payback for this loan including the furnishing done by my earnings (I have the entire money transfer documents to her account) My wife has no income and job as well to pay any part of the loan.
Unfortunately we couldn't make it finally and decided to divorce. Now my wife did not agree ,at least to split equally the cost the house give back my part.
Is there any way or any condition which I can bring to court and save the money which I spent .
Thank you in advance for your replies:(
