    AP US History
I have been told by many people that this class is one of the hardest classes you are going to take ever. So I was wonder what your opinion of the class was. Was it the hardest class you take, is the test really hard, what? I need to know. I am about to begin taking it, and just wanting some insight on what I'm getting myself into.

Well every teacher is different. So the level of difficulty of the actual class would definitely depend on that. But the test, when I took it 2 years ago, was not hard at all! I didn't study very much for it, but I did study for all of my tests in class and managed A's on them. So, I think keeping up with the material all year helped me do well. But, really, I took many many AP classes and that was one of the easiest tests I took. Chemistry was the hardest, I think, haha!

Just keep up with everything, study for your tests, use whatever methods have helped you in the past and they are bound to work. Some people work well with study groups... I am NOT one of those people... but if that is going to help you, then find people who can teach you and explain things to you and find a few that you can teach since teaching can help you learn and memorize! It really is all memorization for that test. Any of that make sense?

I loved AP History! The only thing I didn't like was the format of my tests, which were just all essay form. It'll be hard if you don't pay attention and if you don't care much for history. A lot will depend on you and your teacher though.

When I was in high school AP Calc was the hardest class I ever took.

I personally have never had a problem with history, it's mostly swallowing information and spitting it back out, I hardly remember any of it the next year. You need to find out how much YOU need to study to do good, I really don't study much at all, but everyone's different.
