    Recovering deleted files
I have been trying to retrieve some of my deleted files. What I find so far, is that some of the so-called free downloads seem to be an enticement to "buy" the software. All that they seem to do is scan and list the deleted files. When I try to recover the files, they want me to purchase the software to accomplish this. I do not have a credit card and even if I did, I will not give out any personal information, such as the card number or checking account number etc. online. Furthermore, even if I did purchase the software, there is no way of knowing if it will work and/or get my money back.
Can you recommend 1)a reputable software and 2) if this can be purchased directly from a store. Thanks.

Normally, if you are a Microsoft/MS Windows user, you can revert your computer back to the "date" in which the document(s) were originally available for use. You can restore the system to a previous date and subsequently retrieve old "deleted" files. This system restore feature is available at initial start up F1 button. You can explore the specific steps via research on the topic. It is virtually easy to do. During your exploration be careful to follow all of the steps carefully as not to suffer system crash. At best, a computer tech can pay you a visit and take care of this issue in no time at all. In Georgia, a house call for computer techs ru about $50-$60 dollars. These Gurus are usually very helpful and almost always throw in extra tips, and free assistance on extra rcomputer related problems!
    Hope this helps.
