I went out with this guy for three months, it was a whirlwind romance everything was wonderful and then he changed his behaviour and said that long distance relationships are too hard and that it makes more sense to have a relationship in the area where he was from.

Unless your willing to move to his area or him to yours, so its not a long distance relationship there is not much hope. Some long distance relationships work but not many. My advice is to let him go and find Mr. Right in your area. Sorry

Hard to have a relationship with someone who is not willing to do the work to make a relationship work. You could move to his area, and see if it makes a difference to him. Or you can enjoy the memories and appreciate the time you spent and move on.

Well there's honestly nothing that you could do to get him back unless you move to where he is... He might be right I don't know how well a long distance relationship would work only because your not there with him and he might need someone to be with him 24/7 or snuggle with... he probably sees couples walking down the street and wants to do the same but isn't able to because you two are in different states..
