    Can hair dye come out?
I have dyed my hair back in March, I used dish washing soap, and pantene pro-v to get the dye out. But I got no where, you can see a bit of my roots on top, but not much. Will my hair ever come back the same color. Am sick of the brown I got in. I regret dying it. I miss and want my red hair back. Can some help me?
Am going to try pert and prell that a few people suggested, I just hope it works.

Hair dye is permanent! If u weren't sure if you would like the color or only wanted it for a short time you could have tried a rinse or a semi-permanent color which washes out after some time. If you want your red hair back you should go to a salon and have them match a dye to your natural color and re-dye it. You may damage your hair if you try to do it on your own.

When you use a permanent color, it will permanently alter the hair's color. Therefore, you will not get your precious hair color back, unless you color your hair. If you want to go from dark to red, you will need to pre-lighten your hair with bleach and then apply the desired color. You should consider going to a salon and have them do a corrective color.
