I signed a lease with 2 other people. The lease is up in 3 months. But we need one person to move out because of non payment. What are my rights? How do I get this person out? In Orange County, FL.

It depends on how the lease is worded. If you are each responsible separately for the rent, then the landlord can evict. If you are jointly responsible then you have to file suit to get the roomie to vacate.
