Theft under 500 answering application questions
The question on the application form reads:
Have you ever been convicted of a felony:

Well the charge was a misdemeanor.
How would one go about answering that.
Would it be no I have not been convicted of a felony? Since it was a misdemeanor and not a felony? But isn't a misdemeanor a felony?
