SERIOUSLY, you all have to start running!
Two hours of badminton followed by an hour of running seeing the moon reflecting on the sea, the lights sparkling, good music, running through the air, lost in your own world, solace in your own thoughts. WOW I FEEL GOOD! Dopamine rush, you all have to start. :)

The benefits are amazing, don't forget take it slow + stretch at the end.

Exercise is a great way to feel better! I have been working out at least 3 to 4 times a week since my horrible breakup. It helps. It at least takes your mind off your problems for a while.

I love taking walks for exercise on the sea shore. It's therapeutic. But unfortunately I live a 9 to 10 hour drive from the nearest sea (and I'm only one state away from the Atlantic coast) so I can only experience the moonlit ocean for a week or so at a time. :(
