    Rheem criterion furnace
    My air went out yesterday and I don't what to do... the motor outside is not working but the inhouse fan is work air is coming out of the vent but it is not cool. This happened in the winter and we had the heat ignaitor replace... help?? it 98 degree today

    First, Have you checked the breaker for the outdoor unit? How about the disconnect next to the unit? Does the outdoor unit do anything at all?

    Where is the breaker for the outdoor unit is with fuse box in the garage?? And the disconnect next to the unit is that the grey box on the side of the unit outside??

    Yes, the breaker for the A/C should be in the main breaker panel, and yes, the disconnect is the grey box next to the outdoor unit. Check both places to make sure they are on, and post back.
