Hello I am 15 years 4months old and I am worried about whether I have totally stopped growing or not.

I am approxiamtley 5ft 6/7. my dad is 6ft 0 and my mum is 5 ft 4 , I having being growing fine and perfectly normally up until the last year.

Since July 06 last year I have been exactly the same height. I am worried that somehow I have damaged my growth or that I have stopped growing. I would really like to make 5 ft 10 or above. Can anyone offer me advice or help? And tell me if I will probably grow again.

I do use the gym often but I have never done strenuous activity that would stunt my growth.!

I am going to grow again?

We don't know whether you will grow more or not, but probably yes if you are a boy. You just may be in a growth slump right now. But if you aren't, you are of average height, not too small, not too tall.

There is nothing, and I mean nothing wrong with someone of your height.

Be proud of who you are, not what you are.
