    Using Clomid
I am have just recently finished my first month of Clomid and I did notice two lines on an ovulation test but it was faint and my temperature did rise a little but not as much as I thought it would and I was looking for a bright line on the test. Could this mean that my dosage is not strong enough I am taking 50mg? Do you always ovulate on clomid?

I am assuming you are not working with a fertility specialist right? I have taken Clomid a few times but I was being monitored at the fertility clinic throughout those cycles. They take blood every day from day 9 or 10 until you ovulate. They also do transvaginal ultrasounds to check for follicle growth. It really helps to pinpoint the time of ovulation and also to protect from hyperstimulation. To answer your question, no, not everyone will ovulate while using clomid. Did you experience any ovulationg symptoms around the time you got the faint line? I have heard many cases where they had to increase the dosage. If you were showing something on the ovulation test, I'm sure something was happening or at least very close to happening. How long have you been trying? Do you have access to a fertility clinic? It makes it a lot easier and it takes the stress off you for figuring out when you're ovulating. Also, I find it reassuring to know how many follicles are in there and how big they are etc. I'm wishing you lots of luck! I know how hard it is to deal with infertility. My husband and I have been trying for 15 months and have had no luck :o(
