    Divorce situation.listing home
My Ex-husband has been occupying our marital home. He recently has decided to sell the home. He has met with a Realtor and listed the home, WITHOUT my being aware. Can he legally list the home WITHOUT my signature on the listing agreement?? I have been told by 4 different Realtors that I needed to be present and sign on the listing agreement. Can someone verify for me?
    Thanks
    HNeal

If you are listed on the deed, he cannot sell it without your consent, period! You are not leagally bound to comply with anything he does since you did not sign the listing agreement, you can hold out until he comes to terms with that.

So don't agree to anything until you have written agreement on how the profit will be divided. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING.
