    How to change parties?
    Greetings, I live in North Carolina and wish to change political party registration to be an Independent. How do I go about this or do I have to wait until an election?

    I'd call town hall and ask them. There must be an elections office near. Or go to the local Independent Party Headquarters and tell them your situation. They may just be able to help you...

    Changing parties? I usually take a cab... it avoids all the DWI issues... and if you go with a bunch of friends, you cans save money on the cab fare...

    Oh... you mean POLITICAL PARTIES.
