    Breaking A LEASE
Is there a law that states a lease can be broken due to purchasing a home? I am asking for St. Louis, Missouri laws.
    Thanks

Unless your lease allows for it, no. Buying a home is not a reason to break your lease. Talk to your landlord and ask if you can work a deal out, but if there is no early termination clause in your lease, he's not required to let you out of your obligations.
