My ankles have been swelling for the last week and there is pain on the outside of the ankles. I don't remember hurting them within the last year or so.

I am an overnite stocker @ Walmart and I am on my feet all the time.

Also I have never had high blood pleasure and don't use additional salt in my food.

The pain on the outside of your ankles and the swelling could be a result of the standing for long periods on concrete floors, such as Wal-Mart.

Please make yourself a doctor appointment to get this checked before it gets worse. Is there any burning or itching associated with the pain and swelling?
