    In the state of Texas does a landlord legally have to provide an air conditioner unit?

    Is it a apartment or a house. Many houses in Texas only have evaporation systems ( at least when I lived there) But I really doubt they have to provide it unless it is listed in the advertising or the lease or rental agreement.

    If they don't have one, don't rent from them
