    Price quoting commercial cleaning
    [F]

I currently operate a window cleaning business and I am interested in adding commercial cleanup. My question is how much do I charge per square foot. I live in Fishers, In.

    Good afternoon Bill,

If you are looking for information pertaining to doing everyday commercial cleaning the pricing method varies as does the pricing competitively by your location. Do some research in this area; prices can vary from $.06 up to $.20 sq ft or more, depending on the type of facility.

Generally Commercial Cleaning is priced by square footage, but with so many other variables; competition, cleanable square footage (not the entire building where there are areas in it that you don't clean) , number of days per month you clean (average this
figure), including ALL your costs, taxes, profit, etc.

Give your customer a monthly price.
