Month to Month after a year, no notice specified in lease
We finished our 1 year lease in October and have since been going month to month. However there is nothing written in the lease where it says how many days notice we have to give. How many days notice do we have to give legally in VA?

    Thanks,
    Ed

Of course the issue of the lease is that there is no notice that can be given to move out, With that, if you are paying on a month to month, then a 30 day notice should be enough
