    Someone pulled knife on me sop we had a fight then she goes and presses charges on me now I'm charged with an assault in the 3rd degree I'm about to go for an interview and I wanted to know if the charges would come up and the case isn't over yet

    That depends on when things took place and the speed and diligence of the background search. Given enough time it would show up but not as a conviction if the case is open. You have no real opion at this point. Go for the interview and just hope you will pass their muster
