    Chapter 7
    Can a CH 7 and 13 be removed from ones credit report or do you have to wait the full ten years. I hear several credit repair places make that claim however, I am doubtful.

    No, you can not remove any legal item from your credit report.

    "credit repair" is actually illegal in many states because of false or misleading claims and their attempts to have the person lie or cheat in attempts to remove items form a credit report.
