    video card
    Hello,

    The problem is that I can't get anymore than 16 colors. I have purchased two different VGA card with cd holding the software (drivers).
    Here's my PC info please help

    Sounds like you haven't install the correct the video drivers, or maybe the drivers you're installing are for other newer/older OS. Try with this.

    - Does your motherboard have a video integrated device?
    If this is so, then look if you're installing the video cable from your monitor to the motherboard video input or your video card input. It have to be in the video card input.

    - Check if your monitor handle more than 16 bits (I think this is oblolete, but who knows... )

    - Check in your device manager if your actually using the driver your installing.

    You definitely need to reinstall your video drivers for your particular computer. They are either on the motherboard CD that came with your PC or on a separate Audio driver CD. If neither are available, then you will have to ID the sound card you have and download them from the manufacturers website.
