Day before yesterday I had red discharge and I thought I was having my periods but I didn't have... my sister told me to take a pregnancy text so I took it today it and found two line one is little bit faint and other is darker and I am only one day late for my period... and last month my period was 10 days late.. am I pregnant

I had my pep smear month back. Doctor prescribed me 7 days course and I finished it however recently when I have intercourse with my spouse, I do not feel it. Is it due to changes in the shape of my cervix due to this inflammation?
