    Warrants
    Is arrest warrants public knowledge? How do you know if the district attorney charged you with a crime if you were not arrested or given a case report number?

    I believe it is public record. You should contact the court to find out if you have a warrant!

    Are we talking felony? Usually indictments are sealed until the defendant is arrested and arraigned.

    Most are not, you can either check at the police, or have your attorney check
