My apartment complex is being foreclosed on
I was just told by my rental property maintenance man that he was let go because the complex was being foreclosed on. I went to the rental office, and a closed sign has been taped to the door. The drop box for paying rent is coverd with a wooden board. No one is answering the office phone and we have not received any form of correspondence from the property management or owners. What should we "renters" do?

If you have no mail drop to send your rent to, then I would band with the tenants and pay your rentals into an escrow account. If you can't get them to agree, then set up your own escrow account. Since this is an apartment complex, even when foreclosed your leases should remain valid.
