Slab home plumbing, why would a washer and dishwasher water back up?
Having major plumbing problems with water flow in kitchen. Recently, hooked a dishwasher to a slab houses plmbing line along with a new garbage disposal. The washer runs on the same pipe too. The prob is the dishwasher was holds water and won't drain and the washers water was backing up into the dishwasher. Now, we added a valve and the washer started releasing it's water all over the floor instead of flowing into the plumbing. At a loss, rented a snake, and no clogged pipe. HELP Please!

More details please! Does the dish washer discharge into the disposal? What did you add a valve to? Water or drainage? Does your sink and disposal drain? Septic system or city sewer? Back to you. Tom
