    Can I get 230 volt from a 120/208 3 phase panel?
    I have a120/208v 3 phase panel and I need to plag a 230v motor ,this it possible?

    Motors operate fine with a +/-10% tolerance,so a 230 volt motor will run fine on 208 volts.

    I agree with tk... also, if this motor is controlled by a magnetic starter you should check the running load and possibly adjust the overload heaters.
