    Severe headache n Nausea
    Hi I'm 9 weeks pregnant and from morning I'm having severe headache,nausea and even vomiting . I'm felling very uneasy , uncomfortable.I'm also having whole body ache and all this together making me very restless. I'm feeling hungry but I'm not able to eat anything because of nausea and fear of vomiting . Suggest what shd I do.

    There were times when I was pregnant I was going through the same thing. All I could really do was eat soup, just to get something into my stomach. Saltine crackers and toast also helped as well. When you enter the second trimester, the vomiting usually stops. All you can really do is wait it out. Hang in there! :)
