    If a mobile home was imobilized how can I get a title.
    If a mobile home has been imoblized, how do i go about getting a clear title?

    Do you mean it's permanently installed? If so, that doesn't change the title.

    Title to a mobile home is generally done like a car, through the DMV. The fact that it has been immobilized shouldn't affect title at all. You really need to clarify the situation and what you are asking.
