    I just found out I'm pregnant I am 5 weeks along and iI have been drinking
    I just found out I am pregnant and I am 5 weeks along and I have been drinking heavily but not everyday and I am worried sick what effects I have caused?

    This early on you're likely okay. Your baby isn't really formed yet. But, you must stop drinking immediately, and for the remainder of your pregnancy. If you smoke, you should also quit that.

    I do have to ask your age since you posted this in the child and teen section. Are you a teen?
