Difference between toner and cleanser
Hi all..
What is the defference between toner and facial cleanser? What/who is more important of the two? It is OK to apply both toner ang cleanser to my face?how do they differ in terms of use?and is it okay to use them at the same time or do we have to follow certain sequence on which to apply first?
