Well I'm 16 and I was going out with my boyfriend who is 17 for a year and 3 months at first I was really chilled out and wasn't really bothered about the relationship that much but he was really sweet and lovey dovey with me he seemed so sweet kind and funny and I started having feelings for him and we were both seemed like the perfect couple even our friends said I even lost my virginity to him but as time got on he started becoming less intrested in me, he would just start chatting with his mates while I was just stood there but when I had mates out he was all over me. Now we have broke up because he was meant to meet me but didn't so I went down to his looking for him I was mad and upset and found him talking to one of his mates when I asked him why he didn't meet me he said he didn't no where to meet but he could have rang or txted or even called for me couldn't he? I was having a go at him because of this and he walked off so I assumed it was the proper end because he normally comes back or texts me but he didn't that night but he txted me the next morning saying he loved me but when I txted back he acted like he wasn't bothered I txted back to it and he hasn't txted back since. Am I being stupid being mad and upset because he didn't meet me and he was just with his mates? Help me I'm all confused I feel maybe I should move on because things have changed between me and him as he doesn't act bothered but I love him what should I do?

Hi Ellen,
If he's hurting you and shows no signs of wanting to repair that damage, move on.
You're still young and will find someone who will value you and treat you the way you should be treated.
Start 'no contact'. Don't have anything else to do with him, ignore his calls & texts. He'll soon get the messge.

Don't assume that he knows you broke up... From what you wrote, it doesn't seem that he would know at all...

Hiya agen, thanks for the advice.

Since we broke up I've had other offers from other lads but I've got back together with him because he wouldn't give up but since we got back 2getha things isn't felt the same and I'm having doubts about what I want and if its him who I want to be with anymore. I care lots for him and I did love him I'm not sure if I still do but I don't want to mess him about because if I leave him I myt miss him but when I'm with him I'm uncertain of what I want so I'm stuck on what to do. Any advice ?

Who says you should settle and know who to commit to? You're young and maybe you want to figure yourself out and what interests you. What's wrong with dating a few different boys in a sane way? (not that you have to do everything with a bunch of different people... but get out there, see who you like, socialise and have fun!)
