    Fix a broken tilt wheel
I have a 1989 buick lesabre with a steering wheel that just flops all around. I think it is in the tilt wheel function. Has any one had this problem? And how can it be fixed?

Replacing a tilt steering wheel will not be easy. Read section K, in the link below, to give you an idea of what's involved when working on steering wheels:

Your situation will be much more involved, particularly if you have an anti-theft system.
