Good morning my friends...
A bit overcast here today; high 59 degrees, the storm last night at least washed all the bird crap off my SUV...
I have a robins nest right above my front entrance and the two birds were getting vicious and attacking anyone who came to the door.

Starby... this is for you...
But remember you go through them individually and do two to three sets to start... it looks easy but for this lady, I made the mistake of doing the full ten sets... seriously I couldn't walk or bend over for days... so you work your way up... then add push ups (girl kind) and a few leg crunches, and youi should be set... ;)
