And as for the 250.00 I was referring to a blood test, not the price of having a baby and all the financials that goes along with it, I'm not an idiot, It costs a small fortune to properly raise a chile but I was simply referring to a blood test so thank you for the reddie.

OK people try to understand this, leave your personal opinions out of pure fact, I was speaking 250 for a blood test, If your job requires to pay for her child, so be it, this is a forum, so she can still do it if she feels like it. So tell me whatever you feel like just help this poor woman through a confusing time! Have a little heart.

This is a very touchy subject. It's understandable where you are coming from. But with having no job, we will be the ones that have to financially care for the baby.

I will NOT "have a heart".
My husband and I can afford a child, but are infertile. Maybe if I didn't have to pay so many taxes to support people having kids who can't support them, we could afford to try IVF.
How would you feel about your tax dollars giving me $25k this year so that I can get pregnant? I mean, I REALLY want a child! "Have a heart" and donate money to me so that I can, will you?
My opinion is that if she can't afford to go to the doctor to find out whether she's pregnant, then she has NO BUSINESS getting pregnant in the first place.

Of course there are some things she has to consider, and yes going into a planned pregnancy with no money, is a little dangerous, I just want to make her feel OK, because if she is already pregnant and plans to keep it, no matter what someone says they won't change her mind, I just want to try and help her in the right direction, for the decision she made, that's all, thank you southerngalps, Its just for her she has made up her mind, so I have to see passed the decision to make one and help her deal with she is confronted with right now is all. Tho I hope she does understand its going to be hard to support a child on little to no money.

That's a sin, Well guess what I just found out that I won't be able to carry a normal child, from some genitic malformation, But I dot harvor bad feelings toward other people, I want her to go where I cant! Ive had more misscarriages then you cn count trying just trying to believe that go has a plan for me, but it just won't happen for me, and yes it upsets me, but do not punish these defenseless creatures. I bet you would gladly, go poor just to become fertile because a woman's passion toward having children is so string, we are willing to sacrifice everything!

Anyway "iloveshane" good luck to you, only you can decide. You are young and have opportunities. If it turns out you aren't pregnant, then its not your time, either way I wish you happiness in all you do.

I just wanted to know how much the test is
And to know if anyone else has been this late with negative tests andfound out they were indeed pregnant.
We really want this child

The 21st exactly. And it only lasted like 4 hours... pink and so light that it just barely filled a pantyliner.

Well then it hasn't been a full month right? A pregnancy test can be roughly accurate 3 - 4 weeks after conception, so there is still time yet, the biggest indicator is the 11 days of missed period. But a blood test can accurately tell 3 weeks after conception, and the pinkish spotting for a few hours fits right in there with the implantation bleeding, are your breasts sore, more than usual maybe similar to your period?

Ah ha, the hot flashes, I had those from the very beginning when I was pregnant. Not everybody does but I sure did. As for the dizzyness, if you are pregnant and not eating the right foods then that could be a factor to that, your body is working overtime when your pregnant so the right vitamins are key. As well you shoulf be taking folic acid, are you?

It is recommended to start taking folic 3 months Before trying to conceive, it is one of the most important things you can do to help avoid against abnormalities, you can pick up folic acid at any drugstore. If you are indeed pregnant your doctor will most likely give you a prescription, for 5 mg a day to help you catch up, but until then you can pick them up at a drugstore and I believe they should be, 0.4mg, you don't need a prescription for a low dose like that.

Well, Give it one week from today, you should have a definite answer by then, and yes the hot flashes are so irratic, they come and go all over the place, its totally normal. If you can't Wait a full week at least give it until the 22nd, like 4 days from now.
