How does that work? You made her cry and she gave you her number? Wow, Sneezy, you're good. :D

    I AM good.

It's a REALLY bizarre story. I was at home with my brother, and I needed to get some studying done, so for his birthday, I took him out to a coffee shop to study with me.

While there, I noticed the barista was cute, so I went up to her, ordered my coffee, and made small talk. Asked her how her week was going, etc.

... suddenly, she tells me that she's on vacation next week and isn't looking forward to it. I asked her why she wasn't looking forward to it... then... she starts telling me her life story.

... and she starts to cry.

... and people around me start looking at us... as if I just broke up with her at work...

So I went around the counter and gave her a hug and we sat down and chatted for 20 minutes.

    ... all I wanted was a coffee.

After about 20 minutes of talking, after she calmed down a bit, I told her I had to go study...

And she thanked me for talking to her, apologized for being crazy, then told me that she owed me so I could give her a call for dinner some time.

My brother's response when he heard this story: You didn't know her?! I thought that was one of the girls you knew... and you just broke up with her or something!

    ... fan... tastic.

    Okay, story;

The first night I met Wiggy was at a bar. We were there for a mutual friends birthday party, but we had never met. I had just broken up with my former boyfriend, in fact it hadn't yet been a month since the breakup. I broke up with him, so I was okay with it, but I still had sworn off men for a while. Anyway, Wiggy came up to me, started talking, we played a few games of pool, he asked for my number and I thought, what the heck, okay.

Around 2 hours later I was ready to go home. Wiggy comes up to me and says that his friends deserted him, could I drive him home? I said okay, as he lived very close to my house.

On the ride home we were talking about TV shows, and the show Designing Women came up. I couldn't remember one of the characters names and lamented about it the entire way home. It was driving me nuts, I couldn't stop thinking about it and was pretty much talking to myself the entire time.

We got to his house, I said goodbye, he opened the door and I yelled, "Ha, got it", and said the name of the character, then started giggling profusely. I sounded insane, and he looked at me as if I was. Still, he called the next day and the rest is history.

So, moral, she may have seemed nuts, but she could be the one Sneezy, don't throw the number away, give her a chance, you never know. :)

I enjoy doing hand massages, back massages and foot massages for people because I know it helps alleviate their pain and I gladly give my husband manicures but ewh... the toenail thing makes me (((shudder)))!!

Hey for all you "Big animal lovers", this video is great. My audio device is out again so I didn't get to hear the audio. But the visual was something "out of the everyday" as some day!
